Shipping Policy

We ship from Toronto, Canada to customers across Canada. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and any free-shipping threshold are shown in Canadian dollars at checkout before payment. Applicable GST/HST and provincial sales tax are calculated separately. Delivery times vary by destination within Canada.

3. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at hello@mamabearsupplements.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

4. Canadian Taxes and Remote Delivery

GST/HST and applicable provincial sales taxes are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates may be longer for rural, northern, and remote postal codes. We will show available services before you place your order.
