Subscription Policy

Our subscription program delivers your Mama Bear Wellness products on a recurring schedule so you never run out. You are always in control.

1. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed and shipped every 30 days by default, unless you select a different frequency. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal.

2. Pause, Skip, or Modify

From your account dashboard you can pause your subscription, skip an upcoming shipment, change the delivery frequency, swap products, or update your shipping address at any time before the next billing date.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops all future billing; it does not refund orders that have already been placed or shipped. Cancellations made before the next billing date take effect immediately, with no further charges.

4. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected after several attempts, the subscription will be paused until you update your payment method.
